Japanese Market – the second largest overseas for Minnesota
Jangle SEP09 Mention of Little House on the Prairie, the Musical at the Ordway in St. Paul, including schedule of shows and piece about Walnut Grove. The Jangle is a free weekly newspaper for the Japanese community in the midwestern U.S., with a circulation of 40,000.
Ocean Life JUN09 Down the River, pp194-200, follows attractions along the Mississippi River from headwaters through the entire state. Ocean Life has a monthly circulation of 50,000 and is geared towards males with annual income over $200,000. Many are boat owners who resort life and international travel. Ad rate equivalency is$57,000 ($9,500/page).
Korean Market - presently a secondary market for EMT, however, with its recent admission to the Visa Waiver Program it could become a major market for Minnesota.
Chosun Ilbo Daily 21AUG2008 Article in travel and leisure section of Magazine 2+, distributed in the paper each Thursday. The Chosun Ilbo has a circulation of nearly 2.5 million. It was written by journalist, Song Hyejin, following a fam trip here in the summer of 2008.

As a respected travel resource it has a long shelf life. Special editions such as The USA Special Report in which this Minnesota profile appears are often kept for a year or more.
