Requests to purchase mailing lists are granted at Explore Minnesota Tourism’s discretion only, and, if approved, are subject to the following fee schedule. Mailing lists can be delivered pre-printed on mailing labels, or electronically in a variety of common formats. All lists are sold for one-time use only.

Explore Minnesota Tourism does not sell or share phone numbers or email addresses of consumers nor of tourism industry businesses or organizations.

Travel Industry Lists

These lists consist of names and addresses for tourism related businesses, such as resorts, campgrounds, motels, attractions, events coordinators, chambers of commerce and other local tourism organizations.
Cost: FOR USE IN PROMOTING TRAVEL IN MINNESOTA
5¢ per labels (with a $25.00 minimum charge)

FOR ALL OTHER USES, including the sale of merchandise or services to Minnesota tourism businesses or promotion of travel outside Minnesota
25¢ per label (with a $250.00 minimum charge)

Lists of Consumer Names

This database consists of names and mailing addresses of people that have requested travel information from Explore Minnesota Tourism. This list is for those looking for targeted lists of consumers.

Generally, we select names by the type of information that was requested, including seasonal Minnesota Explorer newspapers, lodging or campground guides, fishing information, golf information, canoeing, cross-country skiing, biking.

We can also select customer names based on the state in which they live. We can combine state of residence and brochure code for selection (e.g. to target Iowa residents interested in fishing).

10¢ per address (with a $50.00 minimum charge)

Note: Numbers of names available vary widely. Specific numbers can be obtained on a case-by-case basis. If there are more names in a given category than you wish to purchase, we can narrow it down by selecting only the more recent inquiries. If extensive programming is required, we reserve the right to charge $30/hour. If this is necessary, we will notify you before the charge is incurred.
