Davidson-Peterson Associates will be contacting a sample of 400 lodging managers by phone over the next few weeks as part of the data collection phase of a study of the economic impact and customer profile of travelers in Minnesota. If you are contacted, please take the time to respond. Every response is important. Information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
The study is a joint project with Explore Minnesota Tourism, the University of Minnesota Tourism Center and the Minnesota Arrowhead, Minnesota Heartland and Southern Minnesota Tourism Associations and the Metro Tourism Committee. Lodging manager responses are combined with other information to estimate the overall impact of tourism in Minnesota, which in turn is valuable information for industry stakeholders, economic developers and legislators. Results are posted on www.industry.exploreminnesota.com/research as they become available.
